Last night saw the first of what will be monthly classes taught by Soke. It was a a great opportunity for some of our new students who had not met Soke to train with him. We had a very busy mat and made good use of the air con.
Soke will be teaching a class a month at both our Isleworth and Twickenham Dojo.

16 SEP 2019 Some gradings are more mental than physical and some are more physical than mental and some rare few are both and are rightly classed as "beastings", Monday night was one such grading for
